About Me

Hi, I’m Ams — someone who once looked completely put-together on the outside while quietly running on empty inside.

“Years in corporate life taught me how to perform under pressure… until burnout and perimenopause finally said ‘enough’ and stopped me in my tracks. (The body definitely keeps the score.)”

So I rebuilt — not through extremes or quick fixes, but through calm, evidence-informed habits that actually worked in real life.

My USP is integration.
I’m trained in energy work (Reiki + VortexHealing®), life coaching, nutrition, sleep and stress recovery, and menopause support — and I live these practices daily.
Women don’t need one tool. They need a whole ecosystem.
That’s what I offer: one grounded, gentle, evidence-informed approach that supports the whole woman.

I completed formal training in sleep, stress, recovery, and menopause through Precision Nutrition.
I also learned how to interpret data — HRV, sleep patterns, recovery trends, biomarkers — not just to track them, but to translate them into meaningful, sustainable changes that support energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.

And I layered in deep nervous-system and energy work through Reiki and VortexHealing® — yes, I’m that person who meditates with her red-light therapy mask on. (Multitasking at its finest.)

I created AGEless by Ams™ because so many women look “fine” on the outside, yet feel quietly depleted inside.


They don’t need more pressure, more rules, or another wellness trend. They need a grounded space where their nervous system is supported, their data is respected, and their life is rebuilt in a way that actually fits reality — not some idealised routine.

    In-person sessions may be possible locally if appropriate and available.
